Museo Nazionale del Motociclo

Since 1993 we have, hidden in the Rimini country hills, a Museum, the first of alls in Italy about Motorcycles that was open for the pubblic. And not a private collection.

MUSEO NAZIONALE DEL MOTOCICLO.

Tino, one of the three owners, is a great man who loves his daughters.
Over 200 bikes from the born of the bicycle with an engine till the GP racer.
For me yesterday was like a Oz trip or a journey in the land of toys.
Once in, you can find at the floor a lot of bikes that make hystory.

Mv Agusta, Harley Davidson, Norton, AJS, Moto Guzzi, Lambretta and Vespa.
All of them in a perfect forever sleeping mood. Clean and with a pissed oil on the floor.
But if you look better can find two colors that wake up your 6th sense.
White and Red.
And a name echoes in that room.
Massimo Tamburini and Bimota.

HONDA CB750 pre BIMOTA made by Massimo Tamburi

And in a corner you will find THE BIKE.

BIMOTA TESI 400

This is a prototype. Never produced.
Equipped with a vf400 engine brings 41hp to your right wrist.
Simply a Work of Art.
But there is a first floor to visit, so i don't want to waiste your time.
Let's go.

The GP Floor

Bimota Tesi Laboratorio (with idraulic front sospension)

Falappa's Bimota nr.77

and last.. but not least.
BIMOTA VDUE TROFEO. Only 26 in this World.

More infos about these Masterpieces in the next post.
And if you will planning to spend some days in Romagna, trust me.
You have to go!
