PIERRE TERBLANCHE LEGACY
A Southafrican in Ducati's court.
Pupil of the Master Massimo Tamburini and coworker with Miguel Galluzzi.
Brakes the rules like a thunder or an hearthquake.
You love ora hate his bikes,
But you can't ignore them.

THE SUPERMONO 1993
A lightweight, compact racer, built with many technical innovations that strongly influenced the design of the 916.
The single cylinder Ducati racer was built with power to weight in mind. Carbon fiber pieces included bodywork, sub frame, fuel tank, rear sets, airbox and instrument housing. Magnesium was used for case covers, chain adjustment covers and triple clamps. Dry weight was 267 pounds (122 kg).
- 549cc (100 x 70mm)

999 2002
The 2005 Ducati 999S won the Maxisport category for the prestigious international Masterbike 2005 comparison and finished second overall. It has received critical acclaim from many corners, such as MCN of the U.K. which called it "simply the best V-Twin on the planet", and Motorbikestoday.com, which described it as "the most desirable, most exciting roadbike on the planet" in 2004. MotorcycleUSA.com described it as "stupendous" and "the epitome of V-Twin power."
Developed Aerodynamics at maximum. Minimal. But very incisive on track. Won 3 times the WSBK.

MULTISTRADA 1000/1100 2003
Designed by Pierre Terblanche as an evolution to his previous design, the Cagiva Gran Canyon, the Multistrada has drawn mixed reviews for its unconventional aesthetics. The word Multistrada is Italian for "many roads".
Agility and easy versatility are his ace in the hole. And thanks to a great engine was called in Italy "Regina dei tornanti", Queen of the curvy roads.
- 992cc/1078cc
- 90hp/95hp and a lot of torque, that save your life from boredom
- 196 kg
SPORTCLASSIC 2006
In the pic an amazin Paul Smart LE. Hard to
ride but beautiful like a devil.
The bike is styled to look like a race bike from the 1970s, the rounded bubble style half fairing and café racer tail section are very reminiscent of the race winning 750 Imola Desmo. A green finished frame, outboard dampers and wire spoked rims with special Pirelli Phantom tires (featuring a retro tread pattern made exclusively for the PS1000LE) complete the look.
Little appreciation in those years. Now It's very similar at the MH900E and SPORT1000S for her rarity.

HYPERMOTARD 2007
In the pic the HYPERMOTARD series:
796
1100 S
1100 EVO SP.
Was awarded "Best of Show" at EICMA shown as a concept in 2005. It was simply a letal weapon for other street bikes.
With a surgical precision was able to wolf down every roads. A Supermoto? No, better, Hypermoto.
- 803cc/1078cc/1078cc
- 81hp/90hp/95hp
- 167kg/179kg/171kg
These are the most rapresentative Pierre Terblanche Leagy.
Pioneer and dreamer.
The unforgotten Designer now works for Royal Enfield.
And I still miss in Ducati.
